Meet our director, Henri Hamm
I’ve been fortunate enough to have developed a portfolio of properties, all of which I've renovated myself.
Over the years, others have approached me, asking me to take care of their properties. I happily oblige, of course.
I’m proud to have assembled a team of people who take immense pride in their craft and subsequent joy in maintaining, improving and transforming other peoples homes.
Humble beginnings
Although the members of our team have been excelling in the property industry for over a decade, the first Hamm Homes project was in 2016; converting a beautiful victorian terrace HMO from a tired 5 bed to a luxury 6 bedroom property. The property still stands proud today, one of Loughborough’s magnificent student homes. You can have a look at it here, if you wish.
It’s been steady progress since then, we’ve undertaken numerous projects on behalf of a wide range of clients, both private home owners, landlords and even charitable organisations. All have come back for more.
Ultimately, what we are most proud of is not only the quality end product we have achieved with our clients; but how we had fun doing it, and that we developed great lasting relationships with them.
